Refund Policy

Returning items bought online:

‍We hope you love your purchase(s). However, we know that sometimes things aren’t quite right so you may return your online order for a full refund within 14 calendar days of its receipt. Items returned for a refund must be returned unworn and in a re-saleable condition. 

Please note, we also cannot accept items that have been worn and washed. 

We are not responsible for return postage so please attach the correct postage to your parcel. Please use a secure and tracked delivery service (if using Royal Mail, make sure you are given a reference code with which to track the parcel) as Roxie Rah Rah cannot accept liability for any items not received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
